I keep hearing of all these problems, "California" is having. But these problem aludes me, since there is always a solution to every problem.
Problem number # 1: (The Drivers license for illegal aliens, has a solution. Since the California Drivers License, was not suppose to be a Immigration card, nor was it suppose to be an Identification card, it was suppose to be a Drivers License. A card to let Law Enforcement know, that a person knows how to drive).
Problem number # 2: (The California Budget is not an issue, there is a solution. For one thing, there should be no more hiring of new employees, there's plenty of ways to fix that problem. One way is to get those people that owe child support, and put them to work 4 or 5 hours per day, in the evening to help all those county employees, catch up to their work from the morning, or of the week. Now you pay these people a good dollar figure, but it's credited towards their owed child support, and no money is exchanged. It's a "Win", "Win" situation).
Problem number # 3: (The 3 strike Law, 25 years to life sentences. What happened to "Let the Time, fit the Crime". The prisons and jails are now past Full. And now these people want more jails & prisons built. They want more Cops, and prisons guards. So they can have more prisoners, which means more men loving men. when does all this stop ?, sooner or later everyone will be a "Jail Bird", with all this Laws they keep putting on the books).
Problem number # 4: (The "Traffic Jams" or "Grid Lock". The biggest solution would be, for all the drivers that use the freeways, for them to pay $1.00 per day to use them, since they don't move aways, this way only the serious drivers, can get to where they're going. These drivers would get a special sticker, every month just like a bus pass, to put on their bumpers. This money can also be used to expand the freeways).
Problem number # 5: (Public transportation & the MTA. Why take the bus, since it moves just as slow as regular traffic. You would figure that by now, the right lane on every major street, be turned into a "Bus Lane". That would make the buses move fastier, and make more people want to take the bus, since they see car traffic standing still. Lets take Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California for example: (You give me two guys, and the yellow paint. Within 5 days we can paint a double yellow line on the right lane, from Downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica, California. Then from Santa Monica to Downtown Los Angeles. This would get the buses moving fastier, mainly at "Rush Hour").
There's more problem that can be fixed, and I'll keep putting them here on my Views page. Talk to you Later.
