    This Webpage is being created, to help Supervisors around the world. How to deal with their Employees.

    This Webpage will give you the tools you need to become, a stronger and better Supervisor. It's time that Supervisors around the world, got together to help each other, maintain control of their Employees.

    The tools you will learn, will help you reward your good Employees, and discipline your bad Employees. You will learn what steps to take for, abusive employees, out sick all the time employees, not working type Employees.

    We will be making updates weekly, providing you with counseling letter, write-up letters, methods to use to take back control of your team. We will show you how to deal with bad Employees, and how to get rid of them, who needs bad Employees.

    We will create a help Line & chat room, direct phone lines, plus Mediation teams, to help in a problem that doesn't have to go to far, outside your control. we will create a data base of those employees who don't really want to work, and are just wasting our time. We are just getting started, and we are using "Realfriendsandfamily.org" to do it.
