The Martinez L.A County Problem____________

MAIN STORY

1) In 1984, Mr. Martinez was Ordered by the Los Angeles California Court System, to Pay $ 250.00 Per Month in Child Support. And Mr. Martinez was Granted Visitation Rights, in Which both parties had agreed to, and both Parties were happy with the Courts Ruling. Mr Martinez Paid the $ 250.00 dollars per month like clock work, and every other weekend he would pick up his kids, and take them out for "Fun & Recreations". Everything was Going Smoothly for About 1 Year.

2) In 1986, Mr. Martinez Started to have problems, with his ex-wifes mother, when Mr. Martinez would come over to pick up his kids, his ex-wifes mother would tell him, that the kids had to go somewhere, with their grandfather earlier that day, and that they would be back home late that evening. So Mr. Martinez would have to make changes, to all his plans for that weekend, and he would pick up the kids very late, at those times. Naturally his ex-wifes mother got very mad, she was hoping that Mr. Martinez won't come back that weekend, Now this started to happen, all to freguently, which caused other arguements between all parties Involved.

3) Now there seemed to be a Battle, Every time it was Mr. Martinez time to pick up his kids, Then in 1987 Mr. Martinez ex-wife moved to "Norfork Virginia", with a guy she had met, that was in the military, and that was his new duty station, but Mr. Martinez ex-wife took his kids also, and all of her family refused to give Mr. Martinez the address as to their whereabouts, Mr. Martinez was very mad about all this, and his lawyer said that there was nothing she could, do at the time, since his ex-wife was out of the state of California. Mr. Martinez was mad, But he continued to pay the child support payment, to the "Los Angeles County Court Trustee", for about 6 more months, until he recieved a letter from the "Court trustee", for him to stop by on such a date, to review the case.

4) In 1987, Mr. Martinez Met was the "Court Trustee", and they wanted for Mr. Martinez to give them the whereabouts, of his ex-wifes address so they could send her the money they had pending, since she had closed her case file. Now Mr. Martinez told the "Court Trustee", that he didn't know where they were at, and the "Court Trustee" gave Mr. Martinez a Document, showing that his ex-wife closed her case, and left no fowarding address. The "Court Trustee" also told him, that any Child Support that he choose to pay, that he would have to pay it to his ex-wife directly, since they would no long be handling the case, or collecting the money, in any way, shape, or form, that he was on his own to try to find them, and send them money if he wished to do so, and he then left her Office.

5) Now Mr. Martinez went about his bussiness, since there was nothing he could do, then in 1994 Guess who appears, that's right !, his ex-wife, her and her new boyfriend served Mr. Martinez with papers, to appear in Court to Reinstate the Child Support, and to also pay any backpay owed. And Mr. Martinez appeared in Court, and it was a lengthly battle, since they were asking for $125,000.00 of Backpay. Then after 6 months of court battles, Mr. Martinez told the court, that all he could pay was $250.00 per month, since he had a new family of five, and he had to provide for them, the court said that his ex-wife and kids comes first, and that they were his first responsiblities, the judge said that Mr. Martinez new family, wasn't of any concern to him, since there was nothing in his file about them, and that the case, didn't have anything to do with them.

6) By the End of 1994, the case was lost by Mr. Martinez and he was ordered to pay $122,000.00, at the rate of $1,450.00 per month, Mr. Martinez told them that all he would pay was $250.00 per month, after 6 month, the court sent his 2 jobs paperwork for a Garnishment of his Pay Check, for a total amount of $1,450.00 per month. For the Next 6 months, Mr. Martinez made due, with what he was recieving per month, from both jobs totalling $325.00, then Mr. Martinez took the money he had in a floor Safe, and helped his new family get settled, since they had nothing to do with the battle, that had just occured, with his previous family, and the "Los Angeles County Court System". After his New family was settled, Mr. Martinez was forced, to let go of his 2 jobs, since he could no longer pay the rent, or pay the bills, or buy the right amount of food, it didn't look good.

7) Mr. Martinez worked odd jobs for the next 4 years, until one of his Uncles total the "Court System", his whereabouts and job site, and then Mr. Martinez was Served with Papers, to appear in Court again, by now with Interest, the amount owed was at $161,000.00, this was the beggining of 1998, But now the money, was no longer owed to Mr. Martinez ex-wife or kids, Now he owes it to the "Los Angeles County Systems Only", and now they were going to make an example of Mr. Martinez, by forcing him to pay the amount, that they choose to Impose on him, but Mr. Martinez was still determined, to pay only $250.00 dollars per month. After a long battle, the court agreed to that amount, and made it a court order, but they left the Interest growing, at the rate of $625.00 per month, even after the monthly payment. The Rate of Interest, is based from the whole ( $161,000.00 ), at that rate, Mr. Martinez will die, owing the "Los Angeles County", about 4.5 Million Dollars.

8) Now Mr. Martinez knows, that he'll never be able to pay, that amount off Ever, over the next 50 years, or So !. Now let's try, and Help Mr. Martinez at least make the monthly payment, of $1,945.00 per month, so the Interest doesn't grow any more, and if we can pay more, then we can give a punch to the "Los Angeles County Court Trustee System". At the Present time, Mr. Martinez makes about $1,200.00 per month, at his present job, with Rent, and Bills. All he can pay is $250.00 per month, of the Child Support Payment, ( This has already been Verified ). Now Scroll down below, to see proof, or call the county trustee office to verify.
